This post absolutely resonated with me and my love for the city. I used to live in Shanghai from 2005-2009, and it was the most valuable 4 years of my life. Living in Shanghai had changed my perspective so much and I grew up so much from living in the dynamic city. I loved how your descriptions perfectly captured how fascinating Shanghai is. Ahhh, would love to live there again!
