Lugansk – Irina

Ok, I know I’ve done a final post, a summary and a post scriptum to my Greetings from Afar project, but I received these photos today and I just can’t leave them out. First, they came from my home town. Second, this town is just recovering from summer bombings and is still a conflict zone. Last but definitely not least, they came from my God mother and a friend, who lives there now with her husband and three sons. I’m happy to see Christmas decorations there, because it means that, in spite of all that is going on, kids got their share of holidays. Thank you for the photos, Ira! xxx
