Yoshimi decided that Tokyo is too big to be shown in only a small number of photos, so she sent me already a couple of locations she likes in her city. I think it’s a very Japanese approach to things – if you do it, it needs to be done properly :) Thank you, Yoshimi! :)

We studied together in London, but now she lives in Tokyo, where she does what she loves – passionately involving people in all things truffle and bringing some Italian flavour into Japan.
